How we treat what you send us, in plain English. If anything is unclear, email us and a person will answer.
What we collect
Only what you give us in the project brief: your name, your email, your WhatsApp if you choose to leave one, your answers about your business and your site, and any files you choose to upload, like a logo, photos or documents. If you use the microphone button, your browser's speech service turns your voice into text; we receive only the text, never audio. Reading this site asks for nothing: no account, no signup.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to reply to you with a price and a schedule for your project. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send newsletters. No list, no spam.
Where it lives
This site runs on Vercel, our hosting provider, so your answers travel through their infrastructure and reach our inbox at hello@nuweb.io. Files you upload are stored with Vercel Blob, at unlisted links that only we receive. While you fill in the brief, your answers autosave in your own browser. Your name and email reach us as soon as you continue past the first question, so a brief left halfway can still get a reply; the rest arrives when you press send, or when you close the page partway through.
Visits
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. It tells us which pages are read, from which country and on what kind of device, never who you are.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
Want your details corrected or deleted? One email to hello@nuweb.io is enough, and we will confirm when it is done. We keep briefs only as long as they are useful to the project we are discussing.

NUWEB operates from Monterrey, Mexico, and this policy is governed by the laws of Mexico.
