These terms cover every NUWEB project. If anything is unclear, email us before you start.
What we do
NUWEB designs, writes, and launches business websites. Two design directions on your screen in 3 business days, live in 7. The largest builds, 11 to 20 pages, run 7 to 12 days.
Our clock
Our days count our work, not waiting time. The 3-day draft and the 7-day launch are business days of our work, counted from your payment. Whenever the next step depends on you, like a file, an answer, feedback on a draft, or access to your domain, the clock pauses, and it restarts the day we have what we need. A domain that takes 15 days to arrive is 15 days of pause, not 15 days late.
The price
One price, set by your brief and shown before you pay. You pay it at the start, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe; we never see or store your card. In Mexico, participating cards can spread it over up to 6 interest-free months. Elsewhere you can pay in full, or in 3 monthly payments charged automatically to the same card, one month apart. There is no ongoing subscription and no retainer. Missing files never hold up the start: your first draft is built from your brief, and whatever you send later goes into the next round.
Your approval
Nothing goes live without your approval. Rounds of changes come with your size: one for Essential, two for Starter and Business, three for Enterprise. Our own mistakes and fixes never count as a round. Your day-by-day schedule is in your portal from day 0.
Our guarantees
Two, on every size. Satisfaction: if neither of your two design directions feels right, tell us when you see them and we design a third one from scratch, at no cost. Against failures: for 12 months after your site goes live, if something we built stops working, like a button, the contact form, or a page that doesn't display right on a phone, we fix it at no cost. They cover our work only: changes made by you or others after launch, and outside services your tools run on, like a booking app, a store, or your domain, are not covered. Neither guarantee is a money-back promise.
What you own
Once the project is delivered and paid, everything is yours: the domain, the hosting, and the site, in accounts under your name. Leave anytime and everything goes with you.
Your domain
Your domain is always registered in your name, in your own account. If you don't have one yet, you buy it yourself at a registrar we recommend, and we guide you through every setting. We never register a client's domain under our name, and we never hold one back.
Your part
You confirm that the materials you send us, like your logo, photos, and text, are yours to use, and that what you tell us about your business is accurate. When it is time to go live, you give us access to your domain so we can point it to your new site.
Scope
Each project has a fixed scope agreed upfront. More than 20 pages, large-catalog e-commerce and custom web applications are quoted separately as their own projects. Fixed scope is how the week stays a week.
Tools with monthly costs
Some tools run on an outside service, like a booking app, a mailing list, payments, a CRM or an AI chat. That service is contracted in your name and, if it charges, billed by its provider to your card; we set it up, leave it ready and guide you through connecting it. Those charges are between you and the provider.
Plain limits
We build carefully and publish our performance receipts, but no website can guarantee business results. If something goes wrong on our side, our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the project.
